The ads were compelling and I always wanted to try, but then my wife did and I’m good now.
@tokyotony I'll watch your review. Noom is a lot cheaper than the keto program I was on in 2019, and I think a lot healthier.
I think the principles of Noom are sound. It's definitely not a fad diet. I guess the proof will be in the (low cal) pudding.
