Dear every web page designer:
I never want you to ask me to fill in a survey about how I am feeling about my web browsing experience.
If you interrupt my web browsing experience to ask me how I am feeling right now about being interrupted during my web browsing experience, you are going to get an answer neither of us will enjoy. But for you, that answer is going to be stored permanently in your customer satisfaction metrics.
Do your metrics a favour and don't ask.
