My turn to #ShareYourDesktop.
Love window grouping; it is super helpful. So is shading windows. (Both shown here.)
Use #conky and some #XFCE4 and #KDE apps, but mostly #Mozilla #Firefox and #emacs.
Use 8 desktops, all with a few programs open at all times. Each has its own theme / purpose - email, browsing, content creation, etc.
Wallpaper is #Kenrokuen in #Kanazawa, #Ishikawa, Japan. I don't remember if this is a pic that I took or not.
