@leo I just heard today that Petaluma passed a law to prevent any new gas stations. I’m infested in your take on it as an EV driver. Do you think they’ll get sufficient charging infrastructure to encourage adoption?

I’ve been searching for a while for an open social network along the lines of Facebook, but without the overarching Evilcorp™ behind it. Kind of like how I remember forums being. I’m uncertain that Mastodon instances are quite that, but it feels like ActivityPub should solve the problem. Is Mastodon just an alternative Twitter?
